2:20 pm - 3:20 pm: Panel Discussion : "Empowering Women: Leadership Journey and Success Stories with a Focus on Men as Mentors"

  • Highlighting inspiring narratives and insights from women leaders in the pipeline industry, with a special emphasis on the role of men as mentors.
  • Discussing effective strategies for navigating obstacles and attaining success.
  • Emphasizing the significance of mentorship and support networks, including the crucial involvement of male mentors in fostering career advancement for women.
